Starting the cooperation with Lime, we faced the challenge of educating the public about the use of the new form of transport, e-scooters, while reaching understanding with local authorities and gaining favor among the media. Since the launch of the e-scooter operator in 2018, for over a year we have run the Lime press office in Poland.
Milestones in the company’s operations have created a perfect context for highlighting Lime’s market success – in less than a year we achieved over a million rides on Lime e-scooters in Poland.
Our activities also included expert positioning of the company’s representatives during the most important events from the point of view of the transport and micromobility sector.
In addition to intensive media relations, together with local authorities we promoted road safety by implementing the global campaign “Respect the Ride”. We also communicated messages related to the responsible use of scooters by participating in local editions of the European Mobility Week in Poznań, Wrocław and Warsaw, where 550 users have been trained to ride an e-scooter.
Together with the influencers we also carried out a safety campaign #Szanujulicę. As a result, we significantly increased awareness of the safe use of electric scooters among the Lime target group.
