Metaverse Day
In March 2023, H+K held a regional Metaverse Day conference for Meta, which brought together more than 150 experts from Central and Eastern Europe in Warsaw for one entire day. A total of 7 countries were represented at the event. The conference consisted of three thematic blocks, focusing on the development of the metaverse, the opportunities and challenges associated with it, as well as examples of activities of entrepreneurs and creators from across the region.
We invited more than 25 panelists and speakers including Benedict Evans, analyst of the technology industry, futures researcher Monika Bielskyte, AI researcher and Kozminski University professor Aleksandra Przegalinska, and Eliana Bogdan, an award-winning illustrator.
H+K Warsaw coordinated the implementation of the entire project, from the original idea, selection of thematic blocks, inviting experts and guests, to promotion on social media channels and cooperation with the media (including inviting and hosting journalists from countries across the region in Warsaw). Together with our team from Meta Przestrzeń, we were also responsible for the logistics of the event with the support of an event agency. Our in-house graphic design team Warsaw Creative Studio prepared the main graphic elements of the event, including – the main key visual and promotional materials.
